A gap filler app adding missing features on Business Central.

The Extended Reports and Features for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central app is a gap filler extension created by Xenatus Global LTD that adds new features to Dynamics 365 Business Central. Extra fields on tables with links to Dimensions, automatic creation of dimensions and additional upgraded reports are some of the features within this package.

General Categories

General Categories is a Xenatus Global add-on that provides up to 10 extra custom fields on records of Business Central. Customers, Vendors, Salespeople/Purchasers, Locations, and Items are the entities extended through the General Categories Feature.

These extra fields can also be linked to a Dimension and the process of creating new dimension values can be automated. Additionally, the feature will also create the default dimensions when a new category value is selected on a record.

Dimension Groups

Dimension Groups is a feature that enables the grouping of all available dimensions. Instead of manually selecting multiple dimension values on a document or journal, just select a group of dimensions to update all dimension fields instantly.


Automatic Application of Customer and Vendor entries

In every accounting software, it is important to match your Customers’ and Vendors’ payments to the corresponding Invoices that the payment is made for. This will ensure the correct overview of your debtors and creditors ageing analysis. With Xenatus Automatic Application batch job, we make sure that all entries are applied correctly, according to the predefined criteria.

TCY Transaction currency in General Ledger

The TCY functionality provides additional columns in the General Ledger entries for capturing the initial currency amount.

SharePoint Connector

The SharePoint connector provides the ability to attach documents on records but instead of saving them on the Business Central database, save them in SharePoint. Create folder hierarchy per company, per record and per document type.

DocuSign Integration

Use the renowned eSigning application from within Business Central. From documents such as Sales Quote send through DocuSign to get the electronic signature from your customers. As soon as the document is signed, Business Central retrieves the update and updates the system.

Extended Reports

Within the module we have added a variety of upgraded reports as well as brand new ones. The reports cover the financial module, Receivables, Payables, and Inventory. Additionally, we have included document reports such as Sales Invoice, Sales Order and more.
